He was born on May 10, 1954 in the fifth farm "Surhon", Dzharkurgan district, Surkhandarya. In 1975, he graduated with honors from the Faculty of Agronomy of the Samarkand Agricultural Institute. From 1976 to 1979 he was a Post-graduate student of the Uzbek Research Institute of melons and potatoes, from 1976 to 1984, Assistant, then Lecturer of the chair Cotton, breeding and seed production, from 1989 to 1991 Ph.D., Scientific Research Institute of Plant Industry, from 1992 to 2004 Head of the chair of Horticulture and Viticulture, from 2004 to 2005 Dean of the Faculty of Agronomy, from 2005 to 2011 first vice-rector of the Institute, from the November 2011 he is working as the head of the Institute. 
Main area of work: selection of potato, tomato and vegetable corn, the organization of the modern seed crops. As a result of years of research developed and implemented technologies of cultivation and storage of potatoes in early, repetitive, seedlings and two-crop yields. Based on scientific research, he has published more than 400 scientific articles, 10 monographs issued, 20 textbooks and teaching aids, 34 manuals and recommendations. Created five varieties of potatoes, two varieties of watermelon, two varieties of vegetable (sugar) corn, the author of five patents. He has supervised two doctoral and 10 master's theses . Conducts research based on the grant in the center of science and technology in Uzbekistan and economic agreements on technology of cultivation of potatoes and vegetables.

He was born on February 13, 1965 in the farm "Langar" Kamashi district Kashkadarya. In 1989, he graduated Veterinary Faculty, Samarkand Agricultural Institute. In 1990-1993 graduate- student of the chair "Parasitology", in 1993-2004 - an assistant, then associate professor of the chair of the above, in 2004-2011 Head of the chair "Animal diseases and parasitology." From November 2011 - Vice-Rector of the Samarkand Agricultural Institute.
The main direction of scientific activity - the disease of birds, in particular the study, prevention and treatment of ascariasis, ehjmerioza ( coccidiosis ) and colibacillosis birds. As a result of scientific research, he has published more than 180 scientific papers, released two monographs, 8 textbooks and teaching materials, teaching aids, and 15 proposals in the production, is the author of three patents in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
He begun a research-work by order the Center for Science and Technology under the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Management of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the Study of Infectious and parasitic diseases of birds in poultry farms. In addition, he is the head of an innovative project in the state of scientific and technical program.

Khamzaev A.Kh. was born December 10, 1973 in the mahalla "Chinor" Uzun district of Surkhandarya region in the family of  teachers .
In 1991, he entered  Agronomy Faculty of Samarkand Agricultural Institute and graduated from this department with honors in 1995.
In 1996-1999 he was a postgraduate student in the sphere of "Crop".
In 1999-2002  Khamzaev A.Kh. assistant of the chair Horticulture and viticulture, in 2002-2003 Head of the Research Centre of the joint venture Uz BAT, in 2003-2008 senior lecturer, associate professor of crop and at the same time, he was the scientific secretary of the specialized council on thesis to 120.34.01 .
In 2008-2011 Khamzaev A. Kh. Deputy-dean of Agronomy chair, and since 2011 he is Vice-Rector on spirituality and enlightenment.
He has published more than 70 scientific papers, manuals, recommendations for production, including 12 scientific papers in foreign countries. He is co-author of two patents and created two varieties.
In collaboration with the Center for Science and Technology, as well as with foreign grants it continues to conduct scientific research.

T.I. Taylokov was born on November 9, 1970 in Pakhtakor district of Syrdarya region. In 1988 he entered at the Veterinary Faculty, Samarkand Agricultural Institute, in 1993 finished his studies with a degree veterinarian. From 1993 to 1995 he worked at the Department of Parasitology at the position of the doctor-intern. From 1998 to 2006 he worked as an assistant at the chair of Parasitology. From 2006 to 2010 he served as a deputy Dean for Academic Affairs, in the Veterinary Faculty (part-time associate professor of " Animal diseases and parasitology"). In 2010 he was elected to the position of chairman of the trade union committee of the Institute (part-time associate professor of "Animal diseases and parasitology"). Since April 2012 he works as the Vice Rector for academic lyceums and vocational colleges in Samarkand Agricultural Institute.
T.I. Taylokov in their work to improve relations, the exchange of pedagogical and methodological advances between the Institute contributed to the opening of branches of departments in academic lyceums and vocational colleges.
